Afribary is an online academic library/platform for Africa focused academic research. The platform seeks to connect students, scholars and researchers to share, publish and find relevant academic research.

Key Responsibilities

    • Engage lecturers in higher institutions in your state of choice/residence and get them to join the online academic research platform
    • Promote the research platform to undergraduates, post graduates and lecturers across the state
    • Reach set targets monthly in attracting new users to the platform

Requirements

 

  • Candidate must be either a student, fresh graduate or serving NYSC member in any of these states; Lagos, Ogun, Edo, Enugu, Anambra, Abuja, Imo, Abia, Rivers, Oyo
  • Candidate must have very good knowledge of the higher institutions in his/her state of choice
  • Candidate must be very computer literate and able to talk convincingly to lecturers in higher institutions about Afribary
  • Not more then 30 years old
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ready to take up challenging roles in the Academic sector
  • Passionate about meeting set goals
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with little or No supervision
  • A good laptop or Smart phone with internet connection is an added advantage

 

Other Information

 

  • This is a paid 3 month internship contract and chosen candidates will be paid provided they meet set monthly targets
  • There will also be a monthly transport allowance to enable candidate move around schools easily
